	Problems with AOL

Solution AOL often blocks our IP addresses. If you are on AOL and having issues with the ticketing system, i.e. you send in a ticket and never get a reply, know that we are replying and AOL is throwing the e-mail in the trash.

To remedy this and get better service, send us a ticket from another email address, so our replies can get back to you.

If you need a new email account to do this, we suggest going to http://mail.google.com/mail/signup and get a gmail account.
